摘　　要：介绍了基于IE(Internet Explorer)浏览器的西藏羊八井中子监测器数据发布系统,具体描述了系统结构和工作界面、网络服务器的工作原理、快视图输出界面和数据输出界面运行的流程,以及这两种输出界面在网络服务器中所涉及到的参数设置和数据库访问,相关shell文件及快视图生成软件的编制。The paper introduced a quick view image and data information system Yangbajing neutron monitor in Tibet based on IE（Internet Explorer）. The paper described the structure and interface of the system, the working principle of network server, the running flow of output interface both quick view image and data, the parameter setting and database visiting involved in the two interfaces from the network server, the related shell files and the making of quick view software.
