兰州地区新生儿窒息与出生季节时辰的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的寻找新生儿窒息与出生季节时辰的关系,提出防范措施。方法对我院2002年1月至2006年12月,91例新生儿窒息（Apgar≤7）的资料进行回顾性分析。结果新生儿窒息有随着季节时辰变化的趋势,7月发生率明显高于11、12、1月,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。全天5个时段中,8∶00-12∶00和18∶00-2∶00时发生率明显高于其它时段,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。新生儿性别男性占49例,女性42例,无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论新生儿窒息与季节时辰变化有关,要有预见性防范措施。Objective： To find the reation between asphyxia of mewborn and their born time and season, then make accordingly anticepant plan. Methods： To analysis with 91 eases who were born between January , 2002 to December, 2006, both of them were diagnosed of asphyxia of newborn （Aparg≤7）. Reaults： There are tendency that the risk of asphyxia of newborn was realated with different born time and season, it＇s high in July , the rate is much higher than it in November, December and January （ P 〈0. 05） , through 5 phase of a day , there are high risk from 8AM to 12PM and 6PM to 2AM （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There are 49 male newborns and 42 famale, it has no difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： It has certain reation between asphyxia of newborn and their born time and season , we should make foreseeable plan to gain good outcome.
