雅宁片联合密度梯度离心制备法治疗少、弱精子症

摘　　要：目的探索男性不育患者中少、弱精子症的联合治疗方法。方法本中心2005年4月-2006年4月共210例少、弱精子症患者,分为3组。即经密度梯度离心制备后对其配偶行宫腔内人工授精（IUI）组70例（对照组1）,雅宁片治疗组68例（对照组2）,雅宁片治疗后联合密度梯度离心制备法对其配偶行IUI治疗组72例（实验组）。检测治疗前、后精液常规,并随访3组患者治疗期间配偶妊娠结局。结果雅宁片治疗前、后2组精子密度,精子活动率比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。实验组雅宁片治疗后联合密度梯度离心制备法对其配偶行IUI后,配偶妊娠结果与对照组比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论雅宁片联合密度梯度离心制备法是治疗男性不育患者中少、弱精子症有效的联合治疗方法。Objective ： To evaluate the effect of Yaling troche in treating oligoashenozoospermia associate with IUI, Methods ： All of 210 cases were divided three groups ： 70 cases of simplex IUI in associate with density gradient centrifugation, and 68 cases of simplex Yaling treatment and 72 cases of IUI after Yaling troche treatment in associate with density gradient centrifugation. The change of semen routine test were observed before and after the treatment. The pregnancy of his spouse were investigated in a course of treatment, Results： After a course of treatment , Yaling treatment before and after, the semen density and the ratio of movement improved with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Yaling treatment before and after associate with density gradient centrifugation, the ratio of pregnancy also improved with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Yaling treatment before and after associate with density gradient centrifugation , it may be a preferable treatment to male oligoashenozoospermia.
