比较两种黄柏组方二妙胶囊的抗炎作用

摘　　要：目的研究由关黄柏和川黄柏组成的二妙胶囊对急性炎症模型的影响。方法采用组织胺诱发大鼠皮肤通透性增加、二甲苯诱发小鼠耳肿胀和角叉菜胶诱发大鼠足趾肿胀等急性炎症模型,观察两种黄柏组成的二妙胶囊对3种炎症模型的抗炎作用。结果由关黄柏组方的二妙胶囊(A组)有抑制组胺所致大鼠皮肤通透性增加、二甲苯所致鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶诱发大鼠足趾肿胀等作用。由川黄柏组方的二妙胶囊(B组)仅有抑制二甲苯所致鼠耳肿胀的作用。同剂量下,B组作用弱于A组。结论A组抗急性炎症作用强于B组。OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti - inflammation effects of Ermiao capsule composed of different breeds of Cortex Phellodendri. METHODS After swelling xylol induced in mouse ears or carrageenin induced swelling in rat hind paws, exudation of the pigment of rat derma caused by histamine. Ermiao capsule composed of different breeds of Cortex Phellodendri were administered, to observe the reaction of the animal model. RESULTS Ermiao capsule composed of Cortex Phellodendri amurensis had inhibitory effects on acute inflammation reaction. Ermiao capsule composed of Cortex Phellodendri chinensis had only inhibitory effects on acute inflammation reaction of mouse ears induced by xylol, but no effects on induced swelling in rat hind paws by carrageenin and exudation of the pigment of rat derma caused by histamine. CONCLUSION These results suggested that the effects of Ermiao capsule composed of Cortex Phellodendri amurensis are better than the effects of Ermiao capsule composed of Cortex Phelldendri chinensis in inhibition of acute inflammation reaction.
