摘 要:目的研究甘草对姜黄中姜黄素提取率的影响。方法甘草与姜黄按不同比例混合,采用不同浓度的乙醇提取,HPLC法测定提取液中姜黄素的含量,并计算姜黄素的提取率。结果30%乙醇为提取溶剂时,甘草与姜黄(1:1)混合,姜黄素提取率可增加一倍。结论甘草中的甘草酸是提高姜黄素提取率的主要活性物质。OBJECTIVE To study the influence of Radix Glycyrrhizae uralensis on the extractive rate of curcumin from Curcuma longa L. METHODS The mixtures of Radix Glycyrrhizae uralensis and Curcuma longa L. at different ratios were extracted with ethanol of varied concentrations. The concentrations of curcumin were determined by HPLC to calculate the extractive rate. RESULTS When extracted with 30% ethanol and the ratio of Radix Glycyrrhizae uralensis to Curcuma longa L was 1 : 1, the extractive rate of curcumin doubled. CONCLUSION Glycyrrhizic acid from Radix Glycyrrhizae uralensis is the main active compound to enhance the extractive rate of curcumin.
