摘  要:目的建立当归拈痛丸的鉴别和含量测定的方法。方法采用TLC法对处方中的当归、苦参、苍术、葛根、羌活等进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量。结果TLC能检出处方中当归、苦参、苍术、葛根、羌活等;HPLC测定时,黄芩苷0.080-0.401μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.28%,RSD=1.01%。OBJECTIVE To identify and detemine the content of baicalin in Danggui Niantong pill. METHODS Angelica sinensis, Sophora flavescens, Atractylodes lancea, Pueraria lobata and Notopterygiumfranchetii were identified by TLC. And the content of baicalin in Scutellaria viscidula was determined by HPLC. RESULTS Angelica sinensis, Sophora flavescents, Atractylodes lancea, Pueraria lobata and Notopterygium franchetii could be dentified by TLC. Baicalin content showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 080 - 0. 401 μg( r = 0. 9998 ). The average recovery was 98.28% with the RSD of 1.01%. CONCLUSION The methods are accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Danggui Niantong pill.
