摘 要:目的制定注射用三七通舒的指纹图谱标准。方法采用HPLC法,利用二元梯度系统和PDA检测器,选出一个分离效果较好、信息量大的色谱条件,由此建立注射用三七通舒指纹图谱的测定方法,并利用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件,对13批注射用三七通舒进行相似度计算,生成标准图谱。结果相似度均在0.95以上,药材、原料和制剂有良好的相关性。结论所建指纹图谱测定方法可有效地控制注射用三七通舒的质量。OBJECTIVE To obtain the fingerprint detection methods of Sanqi Tongshu for injection. METHODS HPLC method was adopted. Two - element gradient system and PDA detector were used to screen out an optimal chromatographic condition and information. Based on above results, the fingerprint detection methods of Sanqi Tongshu for injection was developed. Meanwhile, by using the fingerprint similarity detection system, 13 batches of Sanqi Tongshu for injection were detected and analyzed. Then the similarity was calculated, and their standard fingerprint spectrum obtained. RESULTS The similarity factors were over 0. 95. The research results showed that there were satisfied linear relationship in Panax notogenseng, raw medical material and the products. CONCLUSION The results show that the standard fingerprint spectrum can be used for quality control of Sanqi Tongshu for injection.
