摘　　要：目的建立测定补脑安神片中2，3，5，4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法，色谱柱为Kromasil C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；以乙腈-水（25：75）为流动相，检测波长320nm，用峰面积外标法定量。结果平均回收率为100．6％，RSD=1．4％（n=9）；进样量0．0481～0．7699μg与峰面积的线性关系良好。结论所建方法简便、快速、准确，可作为测定补脑安神片含量的方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the content determination of Polygoni multiflori preparata in Bunao Anshen tablets. METHODS HPLC method was performed on a C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -water（25 ： 75 ） and the detection wavelength was set at 320 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0. 0481 - 0. 7699 μg （r = 0. 9999 ） and the average recovery was 100. 6% with the RSD of 1.4% （ n = 9）. CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate and it can be used for the quality control of Bunao Anshen tablets.
