摘　　要：针对分布式能量系统在一些最基本的术语、定义、概念中就提法上不明确和不统一的问题,提出了自己的看法,揭示了分布式能量系统的本质特征和产生根源,明确了分布式能量系统在我国的战略地位。The undetermined and unified problems of funda- mental terminology, definition and conception formulation of distributed energy system are discussed. The characteris- tics and the producing causation of the distributed enengy system are revealed. The present situation of its develop- ment is analyzed. The strategic position of the distributed energy system in China is definitude.
