“数字奥运”与我国体育信息环境的互动关系研究

摘　　要：通过文献查阅、实证调查及专家咨询等方法,揭示了我国体育信息环境的基本内涵、构成要素。以2008年"科技奥运"理念为切入点,分析了我国体育信息环境面临的机遇和挑战。研究显示:体育信息环境的构成要素包括体育信息人才、体育信息资源、体育信息基础设施及体育信息政策法规四个组成部分。我国体育信息环境建设起步较晚,基础非常薄弱;北京2008年"数字奥运"目标的确立,对我国刚刚兴起的体育信息化建设无疑会起到"催化剂"的作用。By using the methods of documentary, investigation and expert consultation, this paper reveals the basic meaning and inscape of China＇s sports information environment. Pointing out the opportunities and challenges that China＇s sports information environment faces by the starting point of the concept of ＂Science and Technology Olympics＂. The results show that it is the information talent, information resource, information basis installation and the information policy and law that composing of the sports information environment. China＇s sports information environment foundation is weak because of the low starting point; the goal of establishing ＂Digital Olympics＂ plays a catalyston constructing the sports information in China.
