论体育的人文精神价值

摘　　要：体育是人文精神的集中体现和展示,体育是人类理想的和理性的生存状态和生存模式。体育的竞争拼搏精神,挑战自我和超越极限尝试,公平竞争,遵守规则,保持中立,尊重对手,默契协作,永远没有止境的努力和追求等等,都是人的本质力量的体现,都是人文精神的内在价值。因此,体育价值决不仅仅是锻炼身体和增强体质。体育运动和体力劳动的本质区别就在它是对异化的克服,是人的本质力量的回归,是人类文明进化的标志和象征。Sports is the embodiment and exhibition of human spirit, and is the human ideal and rational live situation and model. The struggle, the attemption to challenge himself and beyond the high-point, faire play, abiding the rules, being neutral, respect the opponent, privity, the constant work and pursue, and so on all are the exhibition of human genius power, all are the inherent value of human spirit. So the value is not only the exercise and build up health. The essential difference of sports and labor is the conquer to catabolize, the return of human power, and the symbol and the sign of human civilization.
