高强度聚焦超声治疗绝经与生育年龄妇女宫颈糜烂的疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨高强度聚焦超声对绝经与生育年龄妇女宫颈糜烂的治疗效果是否具有差异性。[方法]采用临床试验,应用海极星超声波妇科治疗仪对绝经和生育年龄妇女的宫颈糜烂进行治疗,观察其疗效。[结果]运用高能聚焦超声治疗绝经妇女不同程度宫颈糜烂的疗效差异无统计学意义(Hc=1.91,P﹥0.05)54例绝经年龄妇女宫颈糜烂经高能聚焦治疗轻度糜烂7例全部治愈;中度糜烂25例治愈、5例显效、2例无效;重度糜烂10例治愈、3例显效、2例无效。54例生育年龄妇女宫颈糜烂经高能聚焦超声治疗,结果轻度糜烂6例全部治愈;中度糜烂27例治愈、3例显效、1例无效;重度糜烂12例治愈、3例显效、2例无效。不同程度宫颈糜烂的疗效差异同样无统计学意义(Hc=2.10,P﹥0.05),两组妇女不同程度宫颈糜烂的疗效比较,其差异亦无统计学意义。[结论]高强度聚焦超声对绝经和生育年龄妇女不同程度的宫颈糜烂均有相同的治疗效果。[Objective]To investigate the efficacy and reliability of high intensity focused ultrasound treatment on cervicitis of the women in sexual maturity and menopause.[Methods]The seapostar gynecological ultrasound therapeutic equipment was applied to treat the women with cervicitis.And those women were in sexual maturity or in menopause.The changes of clinical manifestations and cervical erosion area before and after treatment were recorded and compared.And the efficacy and reliability of focused ultrasound treatment of cervicitis was generally evaluated.[Results]In the menopause group which included 54 women,7 women with mild cervicitis were cured.25 women with moderate cervicitis were cured and the treatment showed the significant effects on 5 women with moderate cervicitis and the inefficacy on 2 women with moderate cervicitis.10 women with severe cervicitis were cured and the treatment showed the significant effects on 3 women with severe cervicitis and the inefficacy on 1 women with severe cervicitis.In the sexual maturity group which included 54 women,6 women with mild cervicitis were cured,27 women with moderate cervicitis were cured,the treatment showed the significant effects on 3 women with moderate cervicitis and the inefficacy on 1 women with moderate cervicitis,12 women with severe cervicitis were cured,the treatment showed the significant effects on 3 women with severe cervicitis and the inefficacy on 2 women with severe cervicitis.The effects of the treatment on cervicitis with different grades and women at different physiological ages were not significantly different（Hc=2.10,P﹥0.05）.[Conclusion]High intensity focused ultrasound has the same effect on the treatment on cervicitis of the women in sexual maturity and menopause.
