强化胰岛素治疗在危重病中的应用

摘　　要：危重患者常会出现血糖水平升高现象，且与病情严重程度相关，严格控制血糖可有效降低病死率，改善预后。本文就胰岛素治疗危重病的有关问题进行综述，以期对强化胰岛素治疗的临床应用有所启示。Critical patients tend to suffer from higher blood glucose level, which goes right with the severity of illness. Strictly control blood glucose can effectively decrease case fatality and improve patients＇ prognosis. This review discussed insulin treatment in critical illnesses, may it be inspirable for its clinical usage.
