急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜切除术316例治疗体会

摘　　要：目的：总结急性胆囊炎（Acute cholecystitis，AC）行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（Laparoscopic chol-ecystectomy，LC）的治疗体会。方法：对我院2004年lO月至2006年lO月施行的316例手术进行分析。结果：成功完成LC287例（90．82％），其中中转开腹29例（9．18％）。手术时间40～135min，平均90min。结论：虽然急性胆囊炎行LC手术变异多，难度大，但只要严格掌握手术适应症、LC手术操作技术．采取LC手术是可行的。Objective： Case summary of the treatment experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy （ LC ） used in the treatment of acute cholecystitis. Method： Analysis on reviewing 316 cases of our hospital taken Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis during the period between October 2004 and October 2006. Result： Among all the 316 laparoscopic cholecystectomy cases, 287 cases succeeded （90.82%）, 29 cases changed to take laparotomy（9.18% ）. The operation time needs 40 - 135 minutes and the average operation time is 90 minutes. Conclusion： Although LC operation is relatively difficult and di- verse, it is feasible to take LC operation once you strictly control surgery indication and LC operation technology.
