机械通气患者胃管留置方法探讨

摘　　要：目的:提高机械通气患者留置胃管的一次性插管的成功率,减少插管过程的不良反应。方法:选择2000年6月至2006年10月机械通气患者共146例,随机分为A、B两组,A组68例为常规留置胃管法,B组78例为垂直留置胃管法,记录两组病例插管所需时间,一次性插管成功率及插管过程中发生的不良反应。结果:两种方法插管成功所用时间、一次性插管成功率及患者发生不良反应具有统计学意义,而两组病例在性别、年龄、病情及意识状态等各项指标比较均无统计学意义。结论:垂直置管法能有效地提高机械通气患者一次性插管的成功率,减少不良反应的发生。To enhance the success ratio of the machinery ventilates patient＇ s leaving alone stomach tube intubates disposable, reduced responded bad occurrence in the process of intubation. Method： 146 patinets from Jun. 1997 to Sep. 2004 were randomly divided into two groups ：68 cases with conventional insertion of gastric tube { GroupA） ,78 cases with setting the leaving alone stomach tube vertically （ GroupB ）. The time of gastric canal insertion, one - time rate of success and reactions of patients were recorded. Result： The differences were significant in the time of gastric canal insertion, one - time successful rate and reactions of patients. Statistical analysis showed that there was a comparability between the age,sex, consciousness, course of disease and patient＇ s conditions in the two groups. Conclusion： Sets the tube vertically can effec- tively to enhance the success ratio of disposable in tubation the machinery ventilate patient ~ and reduction re- spondect bad occurrence.
