环丙沙星和皮维碘软膏对烧伤感染创面的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对比环丙沙星和皮维碘软膏对烧伤感染创面的疗效。方法:对198例烧伤感染同一创面分别应用丙沙星和皮维碘软膏进行治疗比较。结果:环丙沙星组局部抗感染力强、抗菌作用持续时间长、愈合时间明显缩短、治疗费用明显减少等方面明显优于皮维碘软膏组。结论:局部应用环丙沙星治疗烧伤感染创面明显优于皮维碘软膏。Objective： In order to compare the therapeutic value of ciprofloxacin and betadine ointment in treating bum infected wounds. Method： 198 cases was used ciprofloxacin or betadine ointment in the infected wounds. Result： Ciprofloxacin is obvious in curaive effect with short healing time. Betadine ointment had little antibacterial effect, wound healing was delayed, and incidence of infection. Conclusion： The result showed Betadine ointment was less effective than Ciprofloxacin . It suggests that application of Ciprofloxacin is the method to improve the wounds healing , with short healing time .
