中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究中西医结合方法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:慢性盆腔炎患者共306例,随机分为两组,中西医结合治疗组及单纯西医治疗组,各153例。中西医结合治疗组采用经期抗炎及经间期中药治疗;单纯西医治疗组采用经期抗炎,比较两组患者经治疗后其临床疗效。结果:慢性盆腔炎患者其中西医结合治疗组(治疗组)的临床疗效明显高于西医治疗组(对照组),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效明显高于单纯西医治疗。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of TCM -WM （ traditional chinese medicine- west medicine, TCM - WM ） therapy on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease （ PID ）. Method： 306 patients with chronic pelvicitis were divided into TCM - WM and WM group. The treatments of TCM - WM included biofics in menstrual periods and TCM in non - menstrual periods. The control group of WM were treated only with biotics in menstrual periods. Result： The rate of clinical recovery in the group of TCM - WM was significandy higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of chronic pelvic inflammation with combined TCM and WM is remarked, and the method is ideal for this desease at present.
