摘　　要：目的:提高对肾损伤的诊断和治疗水平。方法:回顾分析68例肾损伤的临床资料及诊治情况。结果:闭合性肾损伤65例(95.6%),开放性损伤3例(4.4%),合并伤14例(20.6%),血尿67例(98.8%)。B超检查46例,阳性率76.3%,CT检查60例,阳性率100%。IVU检查7例,阳性率42.5%。手术治疗19例,占27.9%,保守治疗49例,占72.1%。治愈66例,死亡2例(2.95%)。结论:B超检查便捷无损伤。CT检查准确快速,并可同时了解其他脏器损伤的情况,对治疗有重要帮助。保守治疗是重要的治疗方法。如果损伤严重,应及时手术治疗。Objective： To improve the diagnosis and treatment level of kidney injury. Method： Reviewing and analyzing the clinical data and treatment information of 68 eases of kidney injury. Result： Closed kidney injury 65 cases （95.6% ） ,open kidney 3 eases （4.4% ） , mixed injury 14 eases（20.6% ） ,hematuria 67 eases （ 98.8 ）. Examined 46 eases with ultrasonic B, positive rate 76.3 %, examined 60 eases with CT,positive rate 100%. Examined 7 cases with IVU,positive rate 42.5%. Operative treatment 19 cases, 27. 9%, conservative treatment 49 cases, 72. 1%. 66 cases cured, 2 eases died （2.95% ）. Conclusion： Ultrasonic B examination is convenient and without injury. CT examination is accurate and fast, and can see other organs at the same time, and is very helpful for the treatment. Conservative treatment is the main treatment. If the kidney is injured seriously, do the operation in time.
