摘　　要：目的与方法:探讨城市与山区剖宫产率及指征的差异。收集2005年城市、山区年剖宫产数,就其剖宫产的原因从不同方面进行对比分析。结果与结论:城市剖宫产第一位原因为社会因素,山区第一位的为头位难产。Objective and Method： To investigate the difference of the cesarean section rate and indication between city and the mountain area. The cesarean section reasons in city were compared with the reasons in the mountain area from the different aspect. Puerpera who took cesarean section took place in city and mountain area in 2005. Result and Conclusion： The first cesarean section reason in city is social factor, the first reason in the mountain area is head dystocia.
