摘　　要：目的:探讨肝功能Child C级的门静脉高压症合并上消化道出血手术治疗的可行性。方法:总结经手术的16例肝功能Child C级的门静脉高压症合并上消化道出血的临床资料,对手术方式、围手术期处理、疗效、住院费用等进行讨论。结果:本组16例病人均行贲门周围血管离断术,合并脾功能亢进的病人加做脾动脉结扎术,手术止血率100%。1例术后12d死亡,15例肝功能得到不同程度改善。本组病人的平均住院费用较高。结论:部分肝功能Child C级的门静脉高压症合并上消化道出血,及时行贲门周围血管断流术,效果较好。Objective： To explore the possibility of operative treatment of patients with portal hypertension and liver function Child grade C with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. Method： To summary the clinical datas of 16 patients with portal hypertension and liver function Child grade C with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract, and discuss the mode of operative, postoperative treatment, effect of treatment and rate of admission. Result： 16 patients received Hassab operation, The patients concurrent hypersplenism received ligation of splenic artrey. The rate of operative hemostasis was 100%. The liver function of 15 cases improved in different degree and got better prognosis, 1 case died on 12 days after operation. The average rate of admission of the patients was more expensive. Conclusion： The liver function Child grade C in portal hypertension with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract, should be operated with Hassab immediately on partial patients, the effect of treatment is better.
