高血压病左心室肥厚和正常成人QTpeak离散度的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过高血压左心室肥厚QTpeak间期、正常成人QTpeak间期的表现,探讨两组QTpeak离散度(QTpd)之间的差异。方法:95例人数分为两组,A组为高血压病左心室肥厚63例,B组为正常成人32例,所有病例以25mm/s纸速记录常规12导联同步心电图,测量两组QTpeak离散度进行对比。结果:A组高血压病左心室肥厚一组的QTpeak间期长于B组正常成人一组的QTpeak间期,A组的QTpd大于B组的QTpd。结论:63例高血压左心室肥厚QTpd为(62.69±14.86)ms,32例正常成人QTpd为(30±10)ms。提示QTpd可预测高血压心脏病及心律失常的风险。Objective： To probe into the differences in QT peak dispersion （ QT pd ） between the patients with hypertension left ventricle hypertrophy and normal adult through their QT peak intervals. Method ： A total of 95 eases of patients were divided into two groups. Group A was the hypertension left ventricle hypertrophy patients of 63 cases and Group B was the normal adult of 32 cases. All cases were recorded the regular 12 - lead synchrony electrocardiograms at a speed of 25mm/s, and then measuring the QT peak dispersion in two groups. Result： The QT peak interval of patients with hypertension left ventricle hypertrophy in Group A was longer than that in Group B （ normal adult）. The QTpd in Group A was higher than that in Group B. Conclusion： The QT pd for the patients with hypertension left ventricle hypertrophy in Group A is （62.69 ±14.86）ms and in Group B （normal adult） is （30 ±10）ms. All of these indicate that QTpd can estimate the risks in hypertension heart disease and abnormal heart rate.
