摘　　要：目的:分析导致面部激素依赖性皮炎的原因,为预防本病发生提高认识。方法:采用我科2003年9月至2006年9月共诊治面部激素依赖性皮炎78例临床资料分析。结果:78例患者以中青年女性为主,长期滥用或误用素激素类制剂导致皮肤对激素产生依赖,是其发病的原因。结论:本病已成为皮肤科的常见病。避免滥用或误用是预防的关键,值得皮肤科医师关注。Objective： To analyze the cause of corticodependence dermatitis on face, and to prevent this kind of disease. Method： 78 cases of corticodependence dermatitis on face in our department were retrospectively analyzed from Sep, 2003 to Sep, 2006. Result： The majorities of 78 cases were mainly youth women, long and misuse of glucocorticoid lead to skin corticodependence, this was the reason for corticodependence dermatitis. Conclusion： This kind of disease was a common case at department of dermatology, abusage and misuse avoidance was the key point for preventing, dermatologist should pay close attention to this condition.
