摘　　要：目的:闭合性腹部损伤(B luntAbdom inal Injury,BAI)具有伤情较重、复杂多变、易漏诊误诊等特点。本文通过自身实践,以探索及时、妥善处理病人方面的经验。方法:本文回顾性地总结了我部2002年5月至2005年11月处置的73例BAI患者资料,以期从中吸取经验教训。结果与结论:①急诊外科医生必须尽快了解病情,边抢救、边诊断。②结合腹腔穿刺和床旁B超检查,是诊断BAI最有效、简便、快捷的措施。③根据病情及时抗休克和手术,是抢救病人生命的关键。Objective： Blunt abdominal injury （ BAI ） has the character of traumatic condition serious, complicated, easy to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Here we want to research the experience of treat- ment prompt and proper by clinical practice. Method： An analysis was made in 73 patients having underg- one blunt abdominal injury from May, 2002 to November, 2005. Result and Conclusion： ①The surgeon of emergency must get patient′s condition as soon as possible and to rescue the patient at the same time to diag-nosis patient′s condition. ②Abdominal paracentesis combining together effective convenient and prompt method to diagnosis BAI. ③The keypoi shock and operation.
