摘　　要：目的：探讨半腹膜外筋膜内全宫切除术的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析因各种良性妇科疾病需行子宫全切除80例患者全部采用半腹膜外筋膜内全宫切除手术。结果：手术均获得成功,手术时间40～120min,平均70min,术中出血30～150ml,平均60ml,术后胃肠功能恢复时间12～24h,平均20h,无切口感染,无1例血尿发生,术后残端无出血,随访3个月至4年,无息肉发生,无阴道脱垂发生,3个月均恢复性生活,与术前相比无明显差异。结论：半腹膜外筋膜内全宫切除术损伤小,术后恢复快,并发症少,对术后性生活影响小,无需特殊器械,是一种值得基层医院推广的术式。Objective： To inquire into the clinical value of partly intrafascial hysterectomy. Method： Analyzing 80 cases whose uterus should be removed because of different kinds of benign gynecological （ all to use partly extraperitoneal Intrafascial hysterectomy ）. Result： 80 cases are successfully cured, the surgery time is 40 -120 minutes, at an average of 70 minutes, bleeds 30 - 150ml, at an average of 60ml, the patients recoved in 12 ～ 24 hours, at an average of 20 hours, all the patients do not have postoperative infection or haematuria; And no blood from remnant end hemorrhage, following up for 3 ～48months, no remnant polyps or vaginal prolapsed. They can have sexual intercourse in 3 months without obvious difference. Conclusion： Partly extraperitoneal Intrafascial hysterectomy has little damage and quick convalescence. It has few complications and little affection to sexual intercourse. It does not need special apparatus , so it is a kind of widely - used way.
