摘 要:目的探讨无菌接合机(SCD)在白细胞过滤中对血液成分质量的影响。方法收集正常献血者标本20份,保存1、10、20和30d。采用SCD法和传统针穿刺法对标本进行处理,测定SCD处理组、针穿刺组和无处理对照组的游离血红蛋白含量,计算溶血率,采用统计学方法比较差异和两种方法的相关性。结果3组血液标本不同保存时间的游离血红蛋白和溶血率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),SCD法和针穿刺方法两组溶血率的相关系数>0.9。结论SCD法和传统的针穿刺法在接合白细胞过滤器的应用上对血液成分质量的影响无差异。Objective To study the effect of sterile connection device (SCD) on blood component during white blood cell (WBC) filtering on blood component. Methods Collect 20 normal blood donor samples and store for 1 day, 10 days,20 days and 30 days. Free hemoglobin and hemolysis were determined among sterile connection device group, traditional needle pricking group and controls. Compare the difference in three groups and correlation between sterile connection device group and traditional needle pricking group. Results There were no differences for free hemoglobin and hemolysis among sterile connection device group, traditional needle pricking group and controls ( P 〉0.05), and the correlation coefficient of hemolysis between sterile connection device and traditional needle pricking method were above 0.9. Conclusion There is no significant impact on blood comtonent quality after tubing with sterile connection device and traditional needle pricking method.
