通瘀促孕汤治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探求中药治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的方法。方法:采用通瘀促孕汤治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕患者2个疗程,并以西药内美通作为对照,观察治疗后临床症状、卵泡及免疫学指标变化等情况。结果:两药治疗后患者临床症状明显改善,卵泡直径、数量增加,抗子宫内膜抗体下降,同组治疗前后比较差异有显著性(P>0.05)。结论:通瘀促孕汤可明显缓解内异症患者症状,提高受孕率,可作为临床治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的方法之一。Objective： To study the effect of chinese herb in treating infertility caused by endometriosis.Method： We treated patients with infertility caused by endometriosis with Tongyu and fetus quieting decocting for 2 courses.In control group gave gestrione.And then compare the clinical symptom,follicles and changes of indicate of immunology.Result： There＇s significant difference in improving of symptom,diameter of follicles,quality and decreasing of antiendometial antibody comparing with before treatment（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Tongyu and fetus quieting decocting can relieve symptom of endometriosis enhance the rate of pregnancy,It worth spreading in clinical.
