摘　　要：目的:比较、探讨和评价C-反应蛋白(CRP)、中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶染色(NAP)、白细胞计数(WBC)及分类计数(DC)四项指标的联合检测在小儿上呼吸道感染中的的临床诊断意义。方法:回顾调查116例已明确诊断的小儿上呼吸道感染病例,收集这些病例CRP、NAP、WBC及DC四项指标的资料,运用统计学进行综合分析。结果:小儿上呼吸道感染CRP、NAP、WBC及DC四项指标均有异常,C-反应蛋白(CRP)增高比较明显,并出现时间较早。结论:C-反应蛋白(CRP)是小儿上呼吸道感染疾病早期诊断快速有效的诊断指标之一,应在临床上广泛应用。Objective： To compare,explore and assess the Joint detection of clinic value of four Parameters of CRP（C-reactive protein）,NAP（neutrophilic alkaline phosphatase） stain,WCC（white cell counts） and DC（differential count） in neonatal upper respiratory tract infection.Method： The study consisted of 116 neonate cases with infections of the upper respiratory tract,and comprehensive Analysis were made after collecting all cases＇ four parameters data of CRP（C-reactive protein）,NAP（neutrophilic alkaline phosphatase） stain,WCC（white cell counts）,DC by retrospective review.Result： Among the Infantile upper respiratory tract infection cases,four parameters data of CRP,NAP,WCC and DC were all abnormal.The level of C-reactive protein was significantly higher and earlier than that of normal value.Conclusion： CRP is an important index for early diagnosis of neonatal upper respiratory tract infection and has better clinical value.
