摘　　要：目的:探讨社区护理干预对青光眼患者生存质量的影响。方法:对93例经我院门诊或住院治疗过的青光眼患者进行社区护理干预,3个月后评估干预效果,并与干预前进行比较。结果:干预后,青光眼患者的遵医率提高,再次发病率降低,生存质量明显提高,与干预前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:社区护理干预对于提高青光眼患者生存质量是一种行之有效的护理模式。Objective： To explore the influence of community nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with glaucoma.Method： We conducted community nursing intervention on 93 patients with glaucoma who were treated in our hospital and evaluated the effect of intervention by comparing the patients＇ life quality before and after the intervention.Result： The life quality of patients with glaucoma significantly improved with a higher rate to follow the direction of doctors and a lower rate of recurrence after the intervention（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Community nursing intervention is an effective caring model to improve the life quality of patients with glaucoma.
