摘　　要：目的:探讨预见性护理在颈椎损伤患者Halo-Vest固定中的可行性,实效性。方法:对60例颈椎损伤Halo-Vest固定患者,依据其特点及可能出现的并发症采取相应护理,确保Halo-Vest正确位置,控制压疮,防止螺钉针孔感染、螺钉穿入硬脊膜,预防肺部感染和窒息,防止泌尿系感染和消化功能紊乱,防止废用性关节僵硬肌肉萎缩。结果:缩短住院时间及平均卧床时间,提高复位成功率,提高病人生活能力及生活质量,减少并发症发生。结论:预见性护理在颈椎损伤Halo-Vest固定患者中,是防治并发症促进康复提高生活质量的关键。Objective： Approach the feasibility and substantial results of nursing care of the cervical spine injury patients with Halo-Vest fixation.Method： According to their characters,we cared 60 cervical spine injury patients who were treated with Halo-Vest fixation with certain method,to make sure the right position of Halo-Vest,to prevent infection of screws canal,penetration of dura,infection of lungs,apoea,infection of urinary system and disfunction of digestion.Result： Reducing the length of stay,average bed time,improving the reduction rate,improving the life ability and life quality,reduce complication.Conclusion： Preventive nursing on spinal cord injury patients treated with HaloVest fixation is the key to prevent and cure complication,to improve rehabilitation and life quality.
