摘 要:以窑灰活化煤矸石为混合材取代部分水泥熟料,测试其凝结时间、强度;以30%的取代量,研究了水泥的抗硫酸盐侵蚀和抑制碱集料反应性能。结果表明:(1)窑灰活化煤矸石的掺入使水泥凝结时间有所延长,掺入10%的窑灰活化煤矸石在一定程度上提高了水泥的后期强度,继续增加窑灰活化煤矸石的掺量,水泥的强度有所下降,掺量到30%时强度下降比较明显。(2)窑灰活化煤矸石的掺入,可使水泥的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能有比较大的提高,抑制碱集料反应能力有所改善,但改善幅度有限。Replaced some cement clinker by flue dust activated coal gangue as admixture and tested its setting time and strength. When the substitute was 30%, studied the performance of sulphate resistance and inhibiting alkali aggregate reaction. The results show as follows: (1) adding flue dust activated coal gangue make the setting time longer, and when the substitute is 10%, the late strength of the cement increased at a certain extent, but more substitute may go against the cement strength, and the strength falls clearly as the substitute reaches 30%. (2) Adding flue dust activated coal gangue can make sulphate resistance increase greatly and can improve the performance of inhibiting alkali aggregate reaction at some limited extent.
