摘　　要：根据大量的国内外研究成果，给出了钢粱腹板局部稳定的实用计算方法，引用了承载力极限状态法于实用方法中，对现行《桥规》有关内容提出了建议，并将此方法应用于工程设计中，取得了良好的效果。Based on the result form massive researches home and abroad, a practical method of calculation is reached for the local stability of steel girder soffit, which puts the toad Limit Method into practical use, and makes some proposals to the relevant part of the current Specification for Bridges. This method has been used in engineering design with satisfactory results.
