摘　　要：简要介绍了我国土地整理问题提出的背景,论述了当前我国农村土地整理的核心内容。并以四川省名山县万古乡土地整理实践为例,针对丘陵区土地资源利用的现状及存在的问题进行了潜力分析。结果表明:经过土地整理等一系列措施,有效耕地面积增加的同时取得了良好的经济、社会及生态效益。并就加强土地的可持续利用提出了对策措施。This paper discusses the background of China＇s land consolidation and the core content of the current rural land consolidation. Taking Wangu Town of Mingshan County, Sichuan Province, this paper analyzes the current situation and the use of land resources in the hilly area. The result shows that land consolidation not only increases the effective areage of cultivated land but obtains good benefits in terms of economy, society and ecology. The paper also puts forward measures to strengthen the sustainable use of land.
