摘　　要：随着人们生活方式、饮食习惯的改变,肥胖病人及其并发症明显增多,为恢复正常体重,减少并发病,目前常选用肥胖外科手术来治疗临床严重性肥胖。为提高手术效果、减少合并症,现对术前评估和围术期护理进行综述。As to the changes of life style, dietary habit, the amount of obese patients and co morbidities increase obviously. To restore physiological weight and decrease. Complication, bar iatric surgery is usually selected to treat clinically severe obese preseritly. To increase the effect of procedures and ensure safety, we reviewed here the pre -operative evaluation and peri -operative care.
