摘　　要：目的研究运用护理程序对高血压脑出血患者进行健康教育的效果。方法将神经外科120例高血压脑出血患者随机分为两组,实验组62例,运用护理程序对患者进行健康教育;对照组58例,运用传统方法对患者进行健康教育。在患者入院2w和出院前1d,分别对两组患者进行问卷调查,观察两组患者掌握健康知识、执行健康教育计划和生活质量的情况。结果实验组患者在各时段掌握健康知识、执行健康教育计划和生活质量情况明显优于对照组。结论运用护理程序对高血压脑出血患者进行健康教育,可明显提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。Objective To study the effect of carrying out health education for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients by nursing program. Methods 120 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients of neurosurgery were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group consisting of 62 patients received nursing program for carrying out health education, and other 58 patients received traditional methodsas the control group. To observe the information of the patients in getting health knowledge and executing health education plan and their condition about quality of llfe, questionnaire investigation was carried out respectively in two weeks after hospital admission and one day after discharge. Results The patients of experimental group obviously surpassed those of the control group during each period in mastering health knowledge and executing health education plan and even in quality of life. Conclusion It can improve therapeutic efficacy and quality of life to carry out health education for hypertensivc cerebral hemorrhagc patients by nursing program.
