摘  要:研究了影响大白菜游离小孢子胚状体诱导的几个主要因素。结果表明,添加适量活性炭可促进胚状体发育,AgNO3在1-5 mg/L浓度范围内起抑制作用,IBA在0.05 mg/L时显著促进胚状体的诱导,诱导率达56.5%,而6-BA单一添加时效果不明显,而与NAA配合添加,即6-BA 0.05 mg/L,NAA0.5 mg/L时,诱导率提高明显。Major factors influencing the formation of embryoid in Chinese cabbage microspore culture were investigated. It was found that the medium added with proper active carbon could promote the development of embryoid. Medium added with 1-5 mg/L AgNO3 could inhibit the development of embryoid,but 0.05 mg/L IBA could significantly promote the embryoid genesis, the induction rate of which was 56.5%. The medium added with 6-BA and NAA was more suitable than the medium individually added with 6-BA.
