摘 要:2005-2006年从山东泰安、济南、烟台、威海等地采集大白菜黑腐病病害标样25份,室内分离纯化获得65个菌株。经致病性测定后选出致病力较强的4个菌株,对其进行了形态学观察、生物学特性测定和分子检测。研究结果表明:供试菌株生物学特性反应表现基本一致,16S-ITS rDNA序列分析表明供试病原菌与Genbank中的Xanthomonas campestrispv.campestris的同源性是99.63%。结合形态学特征和致病性反应确认引起山东省大白菜黑腐病的致病菌是Xanthomonas campestrispv.campestris。We collected 25 samples of Chinese cabbage Black Rot from different fields of Shandong such as Taian, Jinan, Yantai and Weihai, then we gained 65 bacterial strains after abruption in the lab during 2005 - 2006 years. Four bacterial strains were voted in pathogenicity rnensurate. Morphology observation, biological characteristics and molecular detection of the four strains were carried out. Their biological characteristic reaction showed coinciding basically. 16S-ITS rDNA sequence analysis indicated the homologous identity between Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris in Genbank and pathogenic bacteria was 99. 63%. The pathogenic bacteria arousing Chinese cabbage Black Rot in Shandong province were confirmed to belong to Xanthomonas campestris pv. carnpestris.
