摘  要:研究了不同碳、氮营养及pH对辣椒黑色炭疽病菌菌丝生长和产孢的影响。结果表明,该病菌在几种碳、氮源的培养基上生长状况各有不同。其中碳源以麦芽糖和葡萄糖最适宜,蔗糖、D-甘露糖和D-木糖次之;氮源以甘氨酸和L-酪氨酸最适宜菌丝生长,其次是L-亮氨酸和L-天门冬酰胺。不同pH值对分生孢子的形成也有很大影响,偏碱性环境更有利于分生孢子的产生。Under different carbon and nitrogen sources and pH value, the colony growth and sporulation of Colletotrichurn nigrum isolated from pepper were evaluated after cultured several days. The results indicated that the mycelial growth was different under different carbon and nitrogen sources. The optimum nitrogen sources were maltose and glucose, and the next were sucrose, D-mannose and xylose. Glycin and L-tyrosine were the optimum nitrogen sources, and then L-leucine and L- asparagine, pH value determined the sporulation formation of Colletotrichum nigrum, meta-alkalescence was favored for the sporulation formation.
