摘　　要：对自行研制的砂尘试验设备进行了介绍。砂尘环境试验设备是装备进行可靠的砂尘环境模拟试验必备的设备。根据环境试验要求,介绍了砂尘试验设备研制过程中所遇到的加砂方式的优化、温度控制策略、砂/尘浓度的测量与控制、吹砂和吹尘试验合一等技术难点,并给出了解决途径。该试验系统的研制成功,为考核装备的环境适应性和产品可靠性提供了科学的试验手段。The developed sand and dust environmental test equipment is introduced. The system is essential to a reliable sand and dust environmental tests for military equipment. Based on the environmental test requirements, the critical technical issues in the development of this system, such as the optimization of the applying approach, temperature control strategy, measuring and controlling of particle concentration and incorporation of sand test and dust test, and the approaches to deal with them are given. This system provides a scientific test means for checking the environmental adaptability and reliability of equipment.
