摘　　要：价值创造是价值分配的基础。通过商品交换的比较同样可以抽象出自然力价值。机器设备、土地替代劳动并创造价值,泛价值论认为各要素所包含的自然力的耗费及其凝结构成商品价值实体,再生产各环节共同形成的社会必要界限决定"实体"按多大的比例转化为社会价值。The value creation is the foundation of the value assignment. Also, natural forces can be taken out by the comparison between each exchangeable production. Machine facilities and the land are,and creat value at the all time. point out the production value is consisted with the expend and curds by nature. Actually,social indispensable limit is foemed by each link in the production. And it had decided the proprotion about the transfomation between entity and social value.
