北方地区袋栽银耳高产优质栽培技术

摘　　要：洪洞县堤村乡地处山西南部，是山西省最大的银耳产地。笔者通过连续三年（2002～2005年）对该地银耳生产的调查和研究，总结出袋栽银耳高产优质的栽培管理技术。Ticun town of Hongdong county lie in south of Shanxi province, and it is the largest Tremella fuciformis＇ production area of Shanxi province. Based on investigating and studying Tremella fuciformis production of the area in 3 years （2002 - 2005） continuously, high yield and good quality＇s cultivation techniques of utilizing substrate to cultivate Tremella fuciformis are summarized.
