摘　　要：高校是专利创新的生长点与辐射源,高校专利战略实施的好坏,不仅影响高校科技实力的提升,还关系到国家专利战略的实施,综合国力的提高。因此构建高校专利战略平台,有利于加速高校技术成果的转移,促进技术成果产业化、规模化,同时针对企业个性化的要求和发展的需要,提供全面有效的知识产权服务工作。Colleges and universities are the sources of patent innovation. The implementation of university patent strategy affects not only the upgrading of universities＇ scientific research level, but also the implementation of the national patent strategy and raising the overall national strength. Therefore constructing university patent strategic platform helps to accelerate the transfer of college technological achievements, and promote the industrialization of technological achievements on a large scale. Meanwhile, it can provide comprehensive and effective intellectual property services to meet the need of enterprise personalization and development.
