摘  要:在刑事诉讼法学的教学中,引入范例教学理论,开设模拟法庭,在教师指导下,学生通过准备、开庭、总结三个阶段,将习得的法学理论和司法实践紧密结合起来。模拟法庭教学是对传统刑事诉讼法教学的突破,但仍然存在不足,需要不断改进。Case-based teaching theory is adopted, with simulative court being the case, to teach college students criminal procedure law. Under the guidance of the teacher, the theories of law and judicial practice are closely integrated by experiencing the three stages, that is, preparation, hold a hearing and conclusion, In preparation, mock trial and summarization, students learn to apply the legal theory into judicial practice. Simulative court teaching is a breakthrough in the teaching of criminal procedure law, and there still exists some problems and needs constant improvement.
