摘　　要：论述企业执行力的内涵及林业企业的特点,运用林业可持续发展理论、人力资源管理理论、现代企业制度建设理论,分析林业企业执行力不足的现象及其产生的原因,从普通员工、管理者等多方面,寻找提高企业执行力的途径,以促进林业企业的持续生产。Discussed the connotation of enterprise executive force, and characteristic of forestry enterprise, Depend on the sustainable development theory, human resource management theory, regimen construction of modern enterprise theory, Analysis the appearance and reason which cause the shortage of enterprise executive force, to search for the path of raising enterprise executive force in manager and common member, to promote the sustainable production of forestry enterprise.
