摘  要:为了保障远距离调水的水质安全,应建立全面风险管理体系.以南水北调中线工程为例,分析了丹江口水库源水的营养元素高风险状况及其原因,讨论了铜绿微囊藻的生长规律、藻毒素风险以及在远距离输水中存在的其他风险因素,提出了全面风险管理体系建设的内容及方法.介绍了全面风险管理中有关水质安全的风险控制、预测、预报、预警技术.In order to ensure the water quality and safety in long-distance water diversion, Comprehensive Risk Management System should be set up. Based on South-North Water Transfer Project ,the situation and reason of eutrophication high-risk in Danjiangkou reservoir are analyzed; the growth rule of microeystis aeruginosa,the risk of microcystin and the other risk factors of long-distance water diversion are discussed;and the method and content of comprehensive risk management system are brought forward ;and technique of risk- control ,forecast, prediction, alert about safety of water quality in Comprehensive Risk Management System are introduced.
