摘　　要：具体分析了我国信托业风险的现状及其形成的主要原因:不完善的行业政策法规的限制,监管方面的漏洞,银行及其他金融机构的挤压,信托公司不合理的股权结构以及受托人较低的风险管理水平等。This article analyzes the main reasons for the risks in the trust industry in China, such as the limit of imperfect profession policy laws and regulations, the flows of supervising and management aspects, the extrusions of bank and other financial organizations, unreasonable structure of stockholder in trust company as well as the lower management level.
