摘  要:根据中国石化镇海炼化分公司Ⅱ套延迟焦化装置开工后实际运行情况,分析装置能耗偏高的主要原因.从工艺、设备和装置长周期运行等方面采取一系列调整和优化措施。通过提高处理量和加热炉热效率、对辐射泵叶轮进行优化改造、保持变频设备的高投用等,使装置能耗(标油)由开工初期的31.74 kg/t降低至23 kg/t左右.取得了较大成果,创造了可观的经济效益。According to the actual operation of DCU Ⅱ of Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co. from the start - up, this paper analyzes the reasons for higher energy consumption of the unit. A series of adjustment and optimization measures were taken from the aspects of process and long - term operation of the equipment, such as increasing the throughput and furnace heat efficiency, modifying the impeller of radiant pumps and maintaining high utilization of transducer. Remarkable profits have been made and the energy consumption has decreased to around 23 kg/ t from 31.74 kg/t at the beginning of the start - up.
