摘　　要：分析城市公共基础设施建设PFI项目的各种风险特点和分类,并提出此类项目风险预警系统的构架和运行机理。对于基础设施PFI项目风险预警系统的研究可以大大提高项目管理的水平和确保投资效益的实现。The risks and characters of the PFI model in public infrastructure project were analyzed, and the frame of the PFI project risks early warning system and running mechanism were also put forward in this paper. The study of PFI risks early warning system could promote the project management level and ensure the realization of investment.
