电子喉镜下高频电圈套法切除大声带息肉

摘　　要：目的探讨经电子喉镜下高频电圈套法切除大声带息肉的疗效及安全性。方法选取该院大声带息肉患者60例,分为两组,每组30例,一组行电子喉镜下高频电圈套法手术,另一组行支撑喉镜下喉显微手术,观察比较两种手术的疗效和并发症。结果所有病人均成功切除息肉,未发生严重并发症。电子喉镜手术组26例(86.7%)治愈,4例(13.3%)有效;支撑喉镜手术组27例(90%)治愈,3例(10%)有效。两组疗效在统计学上无意义(P>0.05)。结论经电子喉镜下高频电圈套法切除大声带息肉是一种安全有效的手术方法。[Objective] To investigate the outcome and safety of treating large vacal cords polyp by high frequency electrocautery Via electronlaryngoscope. [Methods] Sixty patients with large vocal cords polyp were included in this study. Thirty cases in group one were treated by high frequency electrocautery via electronlaryngoscope（HFEEL） under superficial muscosal anesthesia, and another thirty cases in group two were treated with self-retaining lanyngo-scope（SRL） under general anesthesia, comparing the therapeutic effects and complication of the two surgical proce-dures. [Results] Sixty patients were successfully operated. In the group of cases with HFEEL, twenty-six cases were cured, and four were improved. In contrast, twenty-seven cases were cured and three were improved in the group of cases with SRL. There were no significant differences between the two groups （P〉0.05）. All patients had no serious complications. [Conclusion] High frequency electrocautery is valuable in treating large vocal cords polyp via electronlaryngoscope.
