摘 要:选择高原型藏羊100只,随机分为4个试验组和1个对照组,每组20只,在4个试验组中分别添加NSP酶0.10%、0.15%、0.20%和0.25%进行试验,对照组不添加。试验结果表明,添加0.15%水平时的增重、日增重、料重比;钙、磷、粗蛋白的表观消化率都最佳。说明饲料中添加0.15%水平的NSP酶能显著提高育肥羊的增重和提高营养物质的利用,是最佳的日粮添加剂量。100 Plateow-type of Tibetan sheep were selected and divided randomly into 4 experiment growps and one control group ( 20 Sheep per group ). NSP enzyme was supplemented into the diets in the experiment groups in popertion of 0.10%. 0.15 % ,0.20% and 0.25 %, respectively, and wasn't supplemented into the diet in the control group. The results showed that the total goin, the daily gain, the feed conversion efficiency and the apparent digestibility of calcium, phosphorus and cruole protein were the highest in the sheep of the group with 0.15 % NSP enzyme. It indicated that supplementing 0.15 % NSP enzyme could significantly increase the gain of fattening sheep and improve the utilize of nutrient. The propertion of 0.15 % NSP enzyme, was the proper supplement dose in diet.
