影响酚酞基聚芳醚砜/DMAc/水三元体系相图的因素

摘　　要：采用浊点滴定法测定了聚芳醚砜(PES-C)铸膜液的浊点,并绘制了PES-C/DMAc/H2O三元体系相图.在PES-C/DMAc溶液体系中分别加入草酸(OA)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、无水氯化锂(LiCl)、聚乙二醇600(PEG-600)、吐温80(Tween-80)、乙醚(EE)6种添加剂,考察了不同添加剂对体系相图的影响,并对机理进行简要分析.此外,还考察了草酸浓度对该体系相图的影响.The cloud - point lines of PES - C casting solution were determined by means of cloud - point titration, and the ternary phase diagrams of the PES- C/DMAc/H2O casting solution system were protracted. The influences of six kinds of additives, OA, PVP - K30, LiCl, PEG- 600, Tween - 80 and ether, on the phase diagram and their mechanisms were studied. In addition, the effects of OA concentration on the phase diagram were also investigated.
